Blackshear has been renovated, has a child friendly fence, a large
screen porch and a covered sitting and grill area.
The dock is 380
feet long and has mooring accommodations at the deck adjacent to
the yard. The 3 bedrooms have a queen, 2 twins and a double bed.
And 2 baths
Two kayaks are provided for your
pleasure.
It is only 30 minutes to Albany
and twelve minutes from Veteran's State Park where you can rent Jet
skies, boats and golf.
There is a convenient boat ramp
less than a mile from the property.
The house has a full kitchen,
linens, gas grill. satellite TV and everything you need for a great
vacation.
